Direct Booking Terms & Conditions
We recommend travel insurance to cover for the below cancellation policies. Cancellation payment amount is chargeable to the credit card anytime from notice of cancellation.

One night deposit at time of booking. Prepayment of the total booking is required 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival - a $185 fee will be deducted from any monies you have already paid. Within 30 days of arrival - 100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay the full amount of the booking less any amount you have already paid.

Within 30 days of arrival - 100% cancellation fee will apply and you will be required to pay the full amount of the booking less any amount you have already paid.

Gift Certificates Refund Policy
Gift Certificates are valid for use for 3 years from the date of purchase. If certificates are not used within this time there will be no refund given.

Cellar & Hamper Refund Policy
Cellar and hamper items can be refunded outside of 24 hours prior to arrival date at Netanya Noosa, refunds cannot be given if these items are cancelled within 24 hours of your arrival day. Cellar or hamper items purchased for current bookings whilst you are in house cannot be refunded once purchase is made.
